We present a clear message to our subscribers on how real estate investing differs from get rich quick speculating. We educate our subscribers on the necessity to take action in order to create a brighter financial future for themselves and their families. We intend for all to have fun on the journey!



With over 22 years experience in the mortgage industry Sandy learned the power of real estate as a wealth building vehicle. Over the past 22 years, Sandy has built up a portfolio of income producing real estate. This new "passive" source of income was created over time and with the assistance of real estate agents who helped me buy and sell properties.

"I bought properties that I felt were a good investment, which I could rent out to cover the mortgage and were in good appreciation areas. I have never gone wrong by using good research, good real estate agents and my intuition."

After graduating with a Masters in Spiritual Psychology and an additional year of study in Soul Centered Leadership, she felt the call to help those that she saw struggling financially and those who wanted to learn about real estate investing, but didn't know where to turn.

"I learned a tremendous amount in my three years of study in Spiritual Psychology. I learned how we can unknowingly block the things that we say we want for our lives. It usually has to do with "upper limits" and "limiting beliefs" and we all have them. I spent three years working on my own upper limits and as I released them, I climbed from the number 11 position in sales in my office to number 3 in a matter of a year and a half."

Today, in addition to teaching people about the power of real estate as an investment vehicle, Sandy helps them understand money and jobs (which are income streams) and helps them break down any limiting beliefs or upper limits that they have around money.

"We all know from our own experience that money can mean so much more to us than a green piece of paper that buys things. It is the number one cause of stress and divorce. Once we identify where we are blocking our abundance, we can remove those blocks and our whole world opens up."

Sandy has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management (1985) from Syracuse University in Syracuse NY, a Masters of Arts in Spiritual Psychology (2003) from The University of Santa Monica in Santa Monica California and also graduated from a one year program in Soul Centered Leadership (2005) from the University of Santa Monica. Sandy has also held a real estate license for 19 years.
